Jason Avis, Good but missing features I have used lightshot on Windows for years and loved how easy it was to quickly take a screenshot of something and get it posted in a Discord chat. I was happy to see they also had it on Mac but there are quite a few features that are missing in the Mac version. The biggest missing feature is you can’t change the location that it saves the screenshots too. You also can’t set it to auto copy the image link to your clip board, save the screenshot size, or login to your ligthshot account so all your screenshots get saved to your account. Thankfuly, it does still have all the image editing features so if you are looking for something to just simply take a screenshot and upload a link to a chat quickly then this works great.

GET YOUR BUSINESS ORGANIZED!!! Retail businesses of all sizes face challenges when it comes to managing inventory, many of which are addressed with sophisticated business accounting software programs like QuickBooks. Unfortunately, many of these programs offer such a broad range of functions that they don’t do a good job with basic inventory management. Small businesses find that the complexity of these applications can be overwhelming.
That’s where mInventory comes in. MInventory is a simple and straightforward software system for managing inventory.
It offers the small business with a set of purchasing, sales, invoicing and inventory management functions that can greatly simplify the complexities around establishing, tracking and reporting on your inventory levels. The concept behind the program matches most inventory and purchase order processes.
You set up vendors from whom you purchase products and then create items in your inventory for each of these products. When you make purchases from vendors, the inventory items are updated automatically as you receive goods. The program can produce purchase orders to streamline your purchasing, or allow you to simply enter receipts. As you sell products, inventory is depleted. You can set reorder levels and have the software automatically inform you of replenishment needs. COMPLETE WORKFLOW FOR SMALL BUSINESSES ◆ The all-in-one solution for your business ◆ Offers a complete set of workflows to help you manage daily activities ◆ Fully end-to-end - from setup, receipt and sale of your products.

1.0 Oct 28, 2013. Summoner12, Still buggy in my use, but overall good product. I am still working with the app so I can’t give FULL review. So far I am entering in my data for inventory. Once I had filled in 99 purchase orders there seemed to be an issue. I couldn’t make a new purchase without the data being dumped.
I closed the app and reopened, things seemed OK after that. Another issue I run into is when I am opening a new PO, the window is blank or a scramble. It takes some attempts to close the window, close the app. And then reopen and things are fine for a while. Mind you I am binge loading data, so maybe I am freaking out the program. The data import function is handy, but will still require you to go back and enter data manually if you didn’t have the same cost value for all of your purchases. But say you made one purchase from one vendor, the import function works well to get yourself going.
I am entering multiple years of data, so costs over time are not all the same. So far I like the program.
How well will it work for me, time will tell. The biggest plus this has for me, is creating an item that uses other items. This is very handy. I haven’t fully tested this feature, but the concept is great! Summoner12, Still buggy in my use, but overall good product. I am still working with the app so I can’t give FULL review. Way better than making a spreadsheet solution or building a database from scratch for the purpose. If you don’t want to pay Intuit, or another big outfit to use their software for your fledgling organization this is the tool for you. Get the math right.
Print the invoice or purchase order you need. Track the coming and going of goods. Two things I have had to find workarrounds for are: unit costs that are fractions of cents, and unit of measures that are less than one. The developer (who is very responsive to email inquiry) said they are working on a solution for these issues.
What this means is that if you are making something that requires 6 inches to rope and you track rope in feet, there is no great way of saying 0.5 feet of rope is use to make this boat Kind of a problem.
