Google Drive integrates directly into Windows Explorer (we’ll be using Microsoft Windows for these screenshots, but the desktop app is available for Mac OS X as well as mobile devices) which makes it appear as just another location on your computer; there will be a Google Drive folder under your user account in Windows Explorer.
Google offers two options for G-suite users to access drive files as it introduces new, enterprise-ready tools for Google Drive. Google G Suite users can now use the new options – Drive File Stream and Backup and Sync – to access and sync Google Drive and Team Drive files. Google launched Drive File Stream to replace the Google Drive desktop app for G Suite users. These two options will replace the old Drive sync application, which Google will no longer support beginning December 11, 2017.
